The watch is marked on the face WDP and Ingersoll. The watch has a rectangular red face with a patent leather band. The character is a black sheep or lamb. The back is marked US Time and the code L4943. The best I could find, the character may be Blackie who starred w/ pluto in a couple of shorts in the early 40's. Is this a rare watch?
